If you can envision the woven work that you would like after browsing the galleries of my website, I will be happy to discuss your ideas and create a piece customized to meet your needs.  Every piece of artwork is a unique creation complimenting its surroundings.  The first step is to give me a call or email to discuss what you have in mind.  We can consider the following options:

  Option - 1,  Commission a Piece from an Existing Design

Your commissioned piece can be based in part on a work you have seen in the galleries of my website.  The final piece will not be exactly the same due to the nature of the natural materials but they can share some qualities in ways that are desirable to you.

  Option - 2,  Commission a Piece requiring Design Development

For design development, I will need the dimensions (length, width and depth) and photos of the area that the piece of artwork is going to occupy.

The dimensions and photos along with a $500 design fee can be sent to or dropped off at my studio.  Three clay miniature models and cost proposals will be developed for you to choose one.  When you place an order for the piece that you have chosen, a 20% down payment of the total price of the art minus the initial $500 design fee will need to be paid before the work will begin.  The final payment will be paid when the artwork is completed and ready to be picked up or delivered.  The shipping cost depends on your preferred method of delivery and will be determined when the art piece is packaged and will be billed to you accordingly.  There will be directions for proper hanging or placement of the art contained within the packaging.  It takes substantial time to create a custom artwork therefore it may take months to complete, so your patience is anticipated.

If you decide to not place an order following the design stage, you can return the three undamaged clay models and receive a $200 refund.  The $300 nonrefundable design fee covers my time to design and build the three clay models.  Dancing Cedar Arts retains ownership and copyright of all designs.
